Space Segment Guidance

Monitoring physical access is most consequential before launch and at operational ground sites. Consider badge/video/logbook controls at AIT and ground stations, plus serialized part tracking and seal/tamper records that tie to the “as-built/as-flown” configuration. Because on-orbit access is impossible, emphasize pre-launch verification that no unapproved modifications were introduced and post-integration configuration attestation (image IDs, checksums) that operators can correlate with ground audit.
