Space Segment Guidance

Effective review of spacecraft audit data benefits from fusing ground and on-board sources and aligning them to operational context. Consider time-aligning records to AOS/LOS and planned activities; scanning for out-of-family command attempts, parameter anomalies, unexpected mode transitions, or operator workflow errors; and using “fast-look” triage during brief contacts with deeper analysis between passes. It helps when tools expose accept/reject reason codes, sequence counters, and station/operator identifiers so analysts can reconstruct events quickly.
